I went to this Big Al's to have a new exhaust system installed on my car. I was in the waiting area for no more than five minutes before they moved my car into the garage. I've always been one who wants to see what's happening to my car and not only did they let me watch real close, but they allowed me to get under the car for pictures and a close view of the new exhaust. Price was also very reasonable and I feel very comfortable using this shop again! Highly recommend
This is probably the first time that I have gone to get an oil change and some other routine maintenence done and I didn't feel like I was I trying to be "up sold" with unnecessary services! Excellent costumer service and speedy service! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
I seen you let jd go I don't know why and it wasn't said but seems to me you made a very big mistake I took the time to read the comments and almost every one of your customers took the time to comment on your page to praise him for the great work he did guess you didn't just lose a good employee but customers as well....
They did a great job on our vans. The service writer and tech explained everything that was wrong. We will use them again.
