We came from out of town on our way to Maryland and all of sudden our muffler fell off. RecommendedI would recommend this Location a thousand times over for service. Christopher Sutton the store manager there is simply awesome. He installed a aftermarket performance exhaust system on my Charger where he took his time and the finished product was perfect. Don't waste your time taking it to anywhere else but here.

Had my vehicle dropped off by a dealership for new catalytic converters. It was done quick but not well, they welded in catalytic converters very very poorly leaving left holes in the exhaust piping (see pics below). I went back to Big Al's to get the situation resolved, Matt took me back to show the issues and said no problem to get them resolved. They cut out all the bad welds and re-did the work and Matt said it would never leave the shop like that if he had known. 4 stars because I had to go back...
