HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I took my 1 and 2 year old for their first dentist visit it was a huge mistake in choosing this place. My 2 yr old does not like to be held down (what 2 yr olds do??) and because he was screaming the dentist had the nerve to tell me my son was autistic!! She did not even take 5 seconds to look in his mouth or my 1 year olds. The assistants asked a few questions about both kids and never checked their teeth. I took my son to see Dr Biery after a great recommendation by a friend. My son is 8 and is very petrified of dentists. But he had the best experience eith her and her staff! He thought it was so cool that there was a "cool guy" (so he says) that worked on cleaning his teeth. They talked about bmx racing and he made him feel completely comfortable. Then I met Dr Biery. She took her time with explaining what work my son needed done & why and went on to tell me things that his prior dentist never took the time to. I was VERY im... read more
Fortunately I didnt buy into all the bad press before checking out the Mountain View Office for myself. I personally dont like going to the dentist so the first time I came to the Mountain View Dental office I walked in with a jaded view. Surprising to me all the staff was very nice and after my exam Dr. Biery went over the procedure of getting some of my molars taken out. She took the time to explain how the procedure would go and made sure that I was comfortable with everything. My procedure went great and so did the recov... read more
Patients beware....It has taken over 6 months to get a spacer for my child that I have to prepay for last year !!! The office mgr needs to be fired....No one seems to be in charge....Caution...Find another dentist before you prepay them for anything....
