Top notch company with a wide selection of rental properties to choose from. 10 out of 10 recommend using them if your interested in rental property in ada. The owner was great to work with but he looked really funny and looked like he enjoyed working out but from his physical physique you could tell he did it all wrong. But all that aside A+ on professionalism
Kept a portion of my deposit for carpet cleaning after paying years of rent, always on time. Carpets were not cleaned before I moved in yet I still was expected to pay. Never responded to requests made on online portal. Talked badly about other tenants to me which seemed very distasteful. Dealt with fly infestation and mice problem while renting.
