Wasn’t a bad house just didn’t like when we moved in the winter and one landlord said we would have 2 weeks to switch hot water and electric in our name and the day we moved in it was shut off so it was freezing, no hot water, couldn’t cook warm food and the power was out other than that didn’t have any problems they did charge us for messed up blinds on the deposit back but didn’t put new ones in for the new residents because we knew who moved in and also drove by 2 months later and they weren’t replaced
Top notch company with a wide selection of rental properties to choose from. 10 out of 10 recommend using them if your interested in rental property in ada. The owner was great to work with but he looked really funny and looked like he enjoyed working out but from his physical physique you could tell he did it all wrong. But all that aside A+ on professionalism
