Dr.Vu did not examine my daughter but made recommendations. She never even asked me to remove my daughter from her stroller or look at her skin. She continuously spoke about what worked for her kids. The visit was a waste of time and money.
After a number of visits to Dr Lau, I continue to be concerned by her very dismissive and "busy" style. I find her trying too hard to connect personally and failing to connect with her actual work as a physician. I had to remind her twice of my concern areas. This is is not the first time for that and on both occasions she later acknowledged an issue which was somewhat serious. A terrific young doctor who is both an excellent listener and observer. I spent many years working in the medical field and can tell a good doctor within moments of meeting one and Dr. Lau is a very fine physician.
