Everyone I met was professional and friendly. Heather, the hygienist, is the best. It is always a pleasure to see her. Nadine and her co-worker in reception are always welcoming and helpful. Thank you.
I like the new easy self check in" however when you sign your name it does not appear on any screen so that's confusing. The staff is always friendly and great to work with. Its like going to the dentist with your friends. "

I thought it was very impersonal to not be greeted and told to go over to the computer and update your info no personal contact with the receptionist
Waiting room was cold and the space heater was not on. Inside the dental area though it was nice and warm.
Everyone is kind and concerned.
When sending reminder of appt., it would have been helpful to know that they needed to update my patient information. I would have come earlier and would have my medication list with me.
I was very happy with all aspects of my visit.
