Best Pho in West Knoxville! I always make Bida Saigon one of my first stops when I come to Knoxville.
Completely delicious. If I could only recommend one restaurant in Knoxville, this would be it.
This is one of my favorite places to eat in Knoxville! The first time I tried it I ate there AT LEAST once a week for about 6 months. It's addictingly delicious.
In my opinion, this is one of the best and more affordable restuaunts in Knoxville. I have never been disappointed. Don't miss out on a chance to eat here!

I always get the #11 (pho with brisket and rare beef) and sometimes the #1 appetizer (fried rolls). Always delicious and fresh, highly recommend.
I recently returned from a trip to Seattle and I sampled a Phó restaurant while I was there. Bida Saigon's Phó blew it out of the water. The broth is always top quality and I never feel like I am being served something questionable (unlike the Seattle shop). Bida Saigon is literally the only spot in knoxville where I am happy to spend money for a meal.
I didn't even know I liked pho, then Bida Saigon came in to my life. I've been told I'm an amazing chef and I've been told since that my pho is amazing, but it is still not Bida Saigon. Go eat Bida Saigon, a million times over - you don't know what you're missing if you don't.
Great wholesome food. Lots of options with everything fresh and fulfilling. Must try if you are bored with your normal restaurants.
