Wonderful service. after hunting for the right bike for a while one call with Steve and he knew my needs. went there the next day for a fitting and bought the bike. did I mention the great customer focus and attention to detail. Steve, Deb and their crew take their time and guide you to make the decision that is right for YOU. Love my Trek Fuel and the bike is just the right mix for my skills.
My wife and I bought Tri bikes from Steve two years ago. He continues to service them at the highest level and is always available to help. Love seeing him every other week at the Lake Terramuggus Triathlon series for a quick adjustment if needed or just a hello. I highly recommend Bicycles East
Steve helped me with a bike fit yesterday and his knowledge and expertise in honing in and determining an exact fit was remarkable. I always bought bikes from other shops and never stepped foot in there to learn about their m.o. but they have my business for life. I highly recommend a visit there before making a purchase elsewhere.
The customer service at Bicycles East is the best I have ever had from any kind of business! They did everything possible to make it the most helpful and pleasant experience. After riding my bike out of the shop and returning a little while later all muddy after having tried it out off roading they were nice enough to help me clean it off. They are also very knowledgeable in all aspects of biking. Highly recommend going here for any of your biking needs or questions.
I have not had a bike in over 10 years because of my bad knees and the hills in the area I lived made it hard for me to ride anymore. Since i have moved, I wanted to get back into it and went to Bicycles East to talk to someone about my knees and biking. I met Beth who was so wonderful in all the information she gave me. Best customer service of any bike shop I've been to. There is never any pressure to buy anything like some stores. Deb, Steve and the rest of the staff treat you like family and not just another customer.
