I was preparing to ride in the NY 5 Boro tour and with only a few days till the big event, Mother Nature wanted to ensure the weather wouldn’t cooperate. I quickly had to get my bike ready for the wet and needed some fenders that were easy off/on. I checked out their website and emailed them and they were above and beyond accommodating. They not only installed a pair but took the time to show me how to remove them, all within a short window of time. Top marks for all the staff.
