Excellent service and a very professional staff with true master bicycle Mechanics.
Bicycles East is an amazing shop. Steve took the time to fit me to the perfect bike. I have been riding bikes (mountain) over 20 years (competitively at sometimes) and I have never been on a bike that fit me as well as this one does. It feels like the bike was custom built for me. I knew nothing about road bikes and they took the time to answer all of my questions, all while not making me feel dumb for not knowing anything. The have earned a costumer for life.
what a great shop and atmosphere. stopped in with a mini bmx bike and there were very helpfull and was able to get me in and out. will definitely be coming back and would recommend them. Nate was amazing. thanks again. 5 stars for sure
Steve did a road and mountain fit, and got it really dialed in (no more hot spots! more power too), and helped with selecting the new cyclocross bike. I love the Trek Boone, which Nate and Matt lovingly assembled. Steve and Deb have always been available for a fast response to questions on the phone or even email. Thanks guys - you're the best.
