Bicycles East is an amazing shop. Steve took the time to fit me to the perfect bike. I have been riding bikes (mountain) over 20 years (competitively at sometimes) and I have never been on a bike that fit me as well as this one does. It feels like the bike was custom built for me. I knew nothing about road bikes and they took the time to answer all of my questions, all while not making me feel dumb for not knowing anything. The have earned a costumer for life.

Steve did a road and mountain fit, and got it really dialed in (no more hot spots! more power too), and helped with selecting the new cyclocross bike. I love the Trek Boone, which Nate and Matt lovingly assembled. Steve and Deb have always been available for a fast response to questions on the phone or even email. Thanks guys - you're the best.
