Took an older Electra bike in to BW Northlake to get it tuned and ended up buying a new one to add to the family. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and gave candid feedback and suggestions. I had to take the new bike back in because one of the accessories I'd bought came with the wrong parts (Electra's fault) and the guys sorted out the problem and installed the fenders for free.
