Came twice to this place and had bad experience. 1st visit - brought my bike to get my chain cleaned and oiled. I didn’t used my bike for years, stored in my garage. They said it would take 2 days to get the work done. No calls from the store after 3 days. When I called to get an update they couldn’t find my bike. RecommendedThe staff was phenomenal! They diagnosed the problem with my Sedona DX and fixed it on the spot. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I was good to go. Could not recommend them enough! If you have any issues with you bike, give them a call!!!
Quick and friendly repair
I was greeted as soon as I walked into this establishment. The customer service is on point. Jaimie was there to assist with any questions I had and was very knowledgeable about biking. 5 out of 5 stars!

Great service. The whole staff knows their stuff and they all work fast. Rudy is incredible! He stayed late to get my bike up and running. I am definitely going to buy my son's new bike here.
Bought 2 bikes there and haven't hardly used them yet. Today the chain fell off one so took it in to get fixed. They had no parts and wandered around clueless about what to do. Very crappy service and attitude. Won't bother to go there again EVER!
everytime I go to this place for service total waste of time aways several guys just standing around doing nothing stores always empty of customers yet the service dept is always full and behind with one guy working get rid of the cheap sneaker boys hire more service personnel
I have been there several time for repairs and purchases - I have been fortunate to deal with Rudy each time. He is a true professional. Thank you Rudy for great service !!!
