Love this place. Great management, repair service is awesome and accessories are fairly priced as I compared them to amazon and eBay. Very pleased also as they work on my electric fat tire bike which they do not carry. I always treat people with respect with no attitude and in turn, get the same from them. Refreshing
i took my trek mountain bike in because the front sprockets were visibily worn. they ordered a replacement set and installed them. when i test rode it (obviously they hadn't) the chain motion was very rough and so i then took it back and got the chain replaced. i believe they should have told me to replace the chain at the same time. again no one test rode it and when my wife brought it back after the new chain it slips badly on the two rear smaller sprockets so i am assuming that they will probably be need to be replaced as... read more

They had me in and out in no time. And the price was very reasonable
So thankful! My son's bike had a flat on his way to school and he was crushed. Brought it right in and within 5 minutes, it was fixed as good as new! We bought the bike there on Northlake 2 years ago and already have our eye on buying 2 more for Christmas. Exceptional customer service!
