The people that work there are jerk offs the owner is rude a in you face .and did not like my experience there .its all about money they dont care about the customer .
Just wanted to throw out a HUGE thank you to Rick Kelly and all the guys at The Bicycle Shop at Northern Lights!! I was fitted and set up on an amazing Specialized Roubaix SL4 Sport! This was my first ever road bike purchase. My wife and me were helped at every turn and had any and all of our questions answered. Great group of guys and awesome customer service! I would highly recommend this shop to all my friends!! Keep up the great work guys :-)

I fly into Anchorage twice a month, and always visit these guy on Northern Lights. They are excellent, helpful and really believe in customer service. Ray will always go out of his way to get you sorted and , Chris is an awesome mechanic, and Pete and the rest of the guys in the shop do and excellent job and have a good knowledge of there products and the area they live (they are all cyclist which make a big difference) So they get 5 stars from me and, if you looking for a bike , especially a SPECIALIZED , then get down and ... read more
