I have been here a handful of times since moving to Alaska and every time have had a fantastic experience. I bought a fat bike here and got some issues fixed (frozen brakes) and studded tires. They were very helpful each time, despite my limited, new-to-Alaska knowledge and never made me feel inadequate. They never fail to recommend a fantastic ride or local trails, and will even go out of their way to pull up maps online to make sure you know where to go. WOW! I was tired of flats so had the crew do me up some tubeless for my intenso (was riding Vittoria slicks on Fulcrums). They put Shimano 6800s and Schwalbe Ones on. First night the front tire deflated - no leakage of sealant, so I pumped it back up. Rode it hard the next day and, we’ll, wow! Fast, a much more comfortable ride on our broken trails, greater confidence, and as nimble as ever! Go tubeless today, and get the Bicycle Shop to do it.
