5 stars Wanted to shout out to The Bicycle Shop for taking great care of us last night. I walked in to simply switch my fat bike to studded tires and walked out buying a new fat tire bike for my husband. He was very happy! And it was around closing time...not that other local shops aren't awesome, but our sales woman very patiently answered all our questions and really helped us. Great Service and Great Sales and a Good Line of bikes for Everybodies needs
Amazing customer service. Was helped by Sue, she was friendly and knowledgeable. The entire transaction was quick and painless. When we couldn’t figure out a way to get the bike to fit in my car, she found an employee who was willing to deliver it to my house. Way above and beyond! Would definitely recommend.
I had an issue with my bike last Sunday, I called ahead then brought it down to the shop. The mechanic (Chris) had it fixed and done by end of day. When we came to pick up my bike, I ended up buying a new bike from the shop after talking to Kevin, who is a wealth of knowledge in the Fat Bike scene. I’m new to the sport and I’m addicted already. We were spending a long weekend in Anchorage and decided to get a couple new bikes for the wife and myself. The knowledge and attention to what we needed were great. Upon returning to North Pole, my tubeless tires would not hold Air. They walked me through how to fix the problem over the phone, and even sent me new valve stems, valve core tool, and a bottle of tire sealant. Great people and great customer service. They will definitely get our future business.
