This is THE shop to buy a bike. From good inventory to excellent customer service, I am always impressed at their commitment to doing what they say in a timely manner. Knowledgeable and thorough. The only issues I've had is when I shop elsewhere!
My wife and I have purchased countless bikes of all varieties from these guys. There is a reason we go back, the customer service is top shelf. In fact as I write this review I currently have in possession of one of their "shop demo" mountain bikes while mine is in for repair that they let me borrow so I could ride whilst my rig was temporarily decommissioned . Internet orders and mega stores cannot provide that kind of service.
Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and accommodating staff. I'm just getting into biking and they have been great at helping me find the bikes that are right for me (and my budget cause I'm married) and making a few minor repairs/adjustments. It's the only shop I go to.
Friendly helpful. Bought a bike and first trip out tire went down. They just replaced no questions asked. Thanks guys! !!
