We LOVE Jamee! She was super helpful (and patient) finding the right bike for my husband and when we showed up looking for a bike for our son, again, she helped us find just the right bike. Our son is between sizes so it took a little more work on her part but she even took the time to build him one they didn't have out just so he would feel comfortable with the bike before he left. We will definitely be back to see Jamee and the staff at Bickel's for tune-ups, accessories and future bikes!

We always get the best service from everyone there and they all take the time to make sure you're getting exactly what you're looking for, whether it's a used bike, a new one, parts or service or accessories. I go out of my way to go there because of this.
Went to buy a bike for our son who had owned 4 previous new bikes but failed to even learn to ride. Tyler was awesome! Fitted the perfect bike to him and even helped give him the best instruction for complete confidence and success! My husband and I were so impressed with the quality of their bikes and amazing service that we ended up also purchasing the best bikes we have ever owned! Looking forward to years of enjoyment and doing business with the BEST!

Had an awesome experience! They go above and beyond with kindness & are very helpful!! They helped my family (of4) find the right fit & size, adjusted them. Helped load them in my suv, even offered to drop them of at my house!! Was very impressed with them! & my kids loved the suckers!
