WOW, what a great experience I had purchasing my new Trek bike from Bickel’s. They were very thorough in explaining all the features of my bike, very knowledgeable and their attention to detail is superb. A big thanks to Tyler & Jason for making this a very easy seamless experience and I couldn’t have wanted for anything better!
I invested in a Trek Navigator from Bickel's in 2010. Renee helped me determine which maintenance option my bike likely needed and she set up an appointment for me to bring it in. Chris serviced my bike and made additional repairs that were needed. We enjoyed lunch and a trip to Crapo Park while Chris did his magic in about an hour and a half. I took a bike ride after getting home. It felt like I was riding a brand new bike. Thanks Renee and Chris! Appreciate your help.

We went to get my six year old son his first nice bike and we were very pleased with our option and the courteousness of the staff. They were very knowledgeable and helpful! They gave the bike a final check before we rolled out and let my son take a ride around the parking lot! They even lubricated the tires on my daughter's stroller because it was having trouble turning! All around nice guys!

The Bickels take customer service to the next level! Mike spent 6+ hours answering bike questions, helping me design the perfect Trek Bicycle, customizing it and fitting me. (Not counting the bike building time). I honestly could not be happier with his “artwork” :)
I went in thinking I knew what I wanted I left with what I needed. They took the time to fit the bike to me was very knowledgeable and I just love riding my new bike thank you Bickel’s!!
