My first experience with them: broken chain on the way to work, brakes needed adjusted anyway, I don't have time for it, called them and they picked it up from work and brought it back a few hours later, running smooth as a cucumber.
Our family of decided to get into mountain bikes and Tyler and his staff did an excellent job of helping us get setup with some of the coolest bikes and equipment! From the Marlin 5 to the Excalibur 7 - we ended up with 6 bikes! We have done both trails and road biking, and we love our bikes! They've handled everything extremely well! We wouldn't go anywhere else, we love Bickel's and our Trek bikes!
Very helpful, no pressure staff. Set me up with a great Trek and Thule bike rack a few years ago. Recently purchased a Treck Precaliber and helmet for one of our daughters. Now for our other daughter and my wife! Return customer here!
Being new to the sport of cycling, the staff at Bickel's helped me narrow down the selection of cycles to fit my specific needs in equipment.
