What a joke. I gave this place a chance multiple times but they are always disorganized and today was unbelievable. I sat waiting (along with 6 others) for a pedi for 40 mins. We all sat in the chair mind you....waiting and waiting. Then the clerk came in and apologized saying they don’t know when the techs will arrive but they could text us when they get there if we want to come back. **edit** Within 20 mins of my review I was contacted by the salon offering to redo my nails and credit the undisclosed charge. I went today for the redo and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. My tech today, Lyna, did a wonderful job! I’m appreciative of a company that when mistakes are made, they do everything they can to correct. No way this terrible job should cost $52....never again. Definitely do not recommend. I found Bichonne over 2 years ago and I won’t go anywhere else now. The salon itself is extremely nice - clean, well decorated , spacious , and quiet ! I’ve had several nail techs and they all do a great job- however , Nathalie is my go-to. She is so friendly , and takes her time to make sure you look and feel great. It is a little more expensive than other nail salons, but you get what you pay for. I’m happy to spend a little extra for this elevated experience.
Absolutely!!! Everyone is sooo friendly and customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟 rating at the Denham Springs location!!! And the’re work is awesome!!!
Very long wait. Staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. High priced.
Facility was very nice with a very friendly staff, who gave a great mani/pedi! I have found my new “go to” nail salon!
If you are looking for a NO kid zone... this is your place!! Their accommodating & don’t forget to have a drink while you pamper yourself. Their shoulder heat pads set the tone for some major relaxation! All the nail techs are accommodating to your specific nail needs... ask and you shall receive!
