Had an appointment at Bichonne today to get my nails done for my wedding. I made an appointment. When I showed up BEFORE my appointment time, I had to wait 35 minutes before I was seen as other walk ins were seen before me. When asked about it, I was told that unless you request a technician when making a reservation, your reservation is essentially considered a walk-in and no one is reserved for you. I had the BEST experience Nancy is THE best. Will be back. She educated why not get acrylic nails. Very educated in her field.
This is an amazing salon! Its so friendly and relaxing. I work full time for the military and I came here for a day of relaxation and i was not disappointed at all. I received a delexue pedicure and they used real fresh grapefuit and limes and it made me skin feel so much smoother. I also got a keratin gel manicure and my nails look so much more healthy. On top of that they even do military discount!!
This is a luxury spa, with ten pedicure chairs, and private manicure rooms.
It may be more expensive but I do like how clean everything is, and Angie always does a lovely work, which always lasts a full 2 or more weeks !
