My experiences at Bichonne has always been consistent. I have been going here for almost a year now. The atmosphere is very relaxing. My nail technician always provides me with a lavender scented neck pillow during my pedicures. They also provide complimentary water and other beverages too which is always nice. I get my dip manicure done here and it LASTS for 4-5 weeks which is always a huge plus. The dip is not think nor is it too thin - just right. Kim was very rude and had no customer service skills. Went in with appointment and they took walk-ins over my appointment.
Went in today after making an appointment that was made THREE days ago for 5 people... 4 people got their pedicures while the other 1 person sat and waited for an HOUR with her feet in water while NO one helped her. While they took other walk ins back. When i spoke to the manager Kim, she did not care whatsoever and did not even apologize once for the inconvenience or even try to rectify the situation. Four of my coworkers and I made appointments for mani-pedis for an upcoming ball. We expected superior service for the inflated prices they charge, but the management totally ruined our experience. They continued to accept and seat walk-ins at our appointment time, resulting in one of our party having A ONE HOUR WAIT when she had a scheduled appointment. Relaxing and great pedicure
This place was incredible. It’s pricey and WELL justified. The pedicure was incredible, my color is flawless. They have complimentary drinks. The people are very friendly. And I got an amazing manicure with gold tips on a stiletto style. 10/10 would absolutely go again and highly recommend
I have come here a number of times. The staff is friendly and they do a great job.
