Today was my first visit for a brow wax. The service was prompt and friendly and my brows were perfect. I just wish that I would've gotten the name of the person who did my service so that I can see her again.
HORRIBLE !!! I was scheduled for a spray tan 3 times and each time was told "someone wasn't there to do it". I had homecoming this weekend on Saturday and was scheduled for a tan on Thursday at 5 at 4:50 they called and I was told I could not get it because "someone wasn't there" the girl on the phone was very rude!!! Thankfully Planet beach in walker had AWESOME costumer service and could get me in. I recommend going here if you don't want what you ask and getting there then being told you cannot get what you had scheduled ... read more
Great staff except for front desk "manager". Snooty to guests and the nail techs that are the reason she has a job! Otherwise great place
