Sitting here in the chair now. The guy just pushed back and cut cuticles on dry nails ( never soaked my feet). BIG no-no. Would love to see his license :-/ Thai
I have always had a great experience, the staff is friendly and helpful! Very relaxing!
The new pedicure chairs are extremely awkward and uncomfortable. In order for my feet to reach, the chair was laid so far back I had two pillows behind my back. I'm 5' 1" tall, and was very uncomfortable sitting in the chair. A technician had to help each person in and out of them. I've got a newborn baby, and there is no way I could have used those chairs when I was pregnant.
Bichonne is amazing and all of their staff is professional and friendly! I have been a customer for a long time and my experience each time is very pleasant. The new location off Bluebonnet in Baton Rouge is VERY nice !

Star rating based on customer service. Or lack there of. Huge decline in past months, not sure what's going on there... Wish there was a "disappointed" button. Spend avg. of $1500-annually on spa services, at Bichonne. 2.5 hrs for pedi/mani ridiculous. Even more so when I paid $102 last Tuesday night-got home, my gel polish was bubbling. Toes looked like sawdust in clear coat. Called next AM, was asked by staff to return for do-over. Returned today asking to have the gel removed-settling for plain polish.
