Had a very nice and relaxing visit Treated special and my face feels wonderful
I will not be going back! Very disappointed that my polish lasted less than a day before becoming extremely bubbly...Not just one nail but all of them, so apparently there was something wrong with the polish- by the second day four were chipped. Over the phone said they'd fix it but when I went there, they would not fix it- because it wasn't gel polish- but rather offered to repaint them for a fee- NOT!!!! Not happy at all after spending over $100 for a pedi and mani for me and my daughter! I will take my business elsewhere
This is the first place I have ever decided to trust do have a mani pedi. I love the place.
Best manicure/pedicure ever! I have severe medical issues and other salons have left me with infections causing me to almost lose my foot! On my 1st visit here, I made them aware of my issues and what they could and could not do. Not once have I had a problem! They treat me with respect and are very careful when doing my pedicures. I love the relaxing atmosphere provided and the fact the technicians aren't constantly talking back and forth to each other in language that we can't understand. I find that very rude. I honestly cannot believe that a mother of a handicapped child( who cannot get up out of his chair") was denied access to the salon when she is very deserving of pampering. Do yall even realize the traumatic events that she has endured? I think this mother should get more than just a free manicure. That's disgraceful. I understand it's a policy but....for a handicapped child who cannot move out of his chair!!! Come on. Have a heart people. May God bless yall.
Today was my first day at Bichonne Day retreat and I must say..SO WORTH IT! I had a relaxing experience and my technician Jessie did a great job! We took the time to get to know each other and she took in every detail of my mani/pedi. Awesome job Jessie! And I'll definitely be coming back to get my nails done! Excellent job Bichonne!
