I don’t take my car to BIC because they give me the best price (they do), because the quality of their work is excellent (it is), or even because the staff is friendly (they are). I take my car to them because I can trust them. The BIC staff is the most honest group of “car guys” I’ve ever met. Knowing I don’t have to wonder whether my car really needs that repair or whether I'm being overcharged is priceless. I'll never take my car anywhere else.
