RecommendedThis testimony is long overdue. My air conditioning system did not work on my 2013 Ford for over a year. BIC Automotive could have told me that I needed a new AC system or some type of expensive repair - they did not. They are truly honest and friendly, and it was just a matter of filling with Freon. My husband and I just visited BIC today for the first time because we were getting a used car inspected to buy. The owner was great and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave his honest opinion on if we should purchase the car or not. We were very impressed with this car shop and will be coming here for all of our automotive needs!

Great customer service! They can troubleshoot quickly and effectively. Best place to replace the exhaust manifold which most shops couldn’t do it. Very reliable!
