B.I.C fixed my Dodge Ram transmission and did an excellent professional job!

Great customer service!!! The gentleman dropped me off at work & picked me back up once they looked over my car in an extremely timely fashion. They weren't pushy about rushing the work, because I didn't need it right away, they were honest! That's what I look for!
I haven't even brought the car in yet( for this problem) and these folks have already exceeded my expectations. I just came from the dealer where is quoted hundred dollars just to drive the car in and look at one item. I was told the actual diagnostic could be up to $300 in time. I was then told that the part in question was going to be three to $400. But I called the icy and was quoted a quarter of that. We bring our car and pick-up truck to B.I.C. because they do a great job and they've proven themselves to be honest and trustworthy ~ they don't try to "sell" the most expensive repair they can think of. They repair what's actually wrong with the vehicle.
