I recently ordered a floral arrangement from Bibb Flowers and Gifts in Gainesville for my wife on our 1st wedding anniversary. I asked that flowers be delivered before 11:00a or after 1:00p, she is at lunch between those times, I was assured it would be done. I expressed that local merchants get my business and not a 1800 company, she thanked me repeatedly.
