I am right now sitting in your Knoxville Bianchi Boys Pizza & Pasta restaurant 8/13/16...@ 6:15pm...as we sit here people are just walking out !!!!!! And for you as an owner to set your air conditioner system 86* is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS !!! It is hotter inside than outside !!! SHAME ON YOU TO PUT YOUR EMPLOYEES THROUGH THE EMBARASSMENT OF TRYING TO EXPLAIN YOUR PURE NEGLECT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS AND STAFF !!! Everyone I know will hear about the UNBAREABLE ATMOSPHERE YOU HAVE CREATED !!!!!

I would like apologize for the unpleasant temperature of the restaurant. Unbeknownst to me the air conditioning unit stopped working. For those of you that dined with us and experienced warm temperatures there was nothing that could be done with regards to the warmth. Lastly I realize that the temp at urethane was 86 degrees when the thermostat was set to 74.
I went there today with some co-workers for lunch. I had told them how amazing your lasagna is. A co-worker ordered it as it was your lunch special. We only had an hour for lunch. The rest of us got our pizza in about 40 minutes. It was time to leave and still no lasagna. Finally told the waitress we had to go and the co-worker went without lunch. Service was so slow we were late getting back to work too. I highly recommended you and everyone was disappointed.

It took an hour and 15 mins for us to get our food tonight. When I asked the waitress why it was taking so long she said because they were busy and had a lot of to go orders. At any given time you should be able to handle the number of tables you have available. We were very frustrated. It will be a long time before we come back...if we come back at all.
The service was not good. The pizza was super greasy and barely had any toppings. The only good thing we're the onion rings. Won't be going back.
Every time we have been in the restaurant or had food delivered we have been beyond happy with the food and service!

I ordered delivery tonight (Quality Inn) & got Shrimp Alfredo with spaghetti noodles, garlic bread & salad. It was good what I could eat with a spoon since I didn't get plasticware or napkins...... That was the ONLY downfall so plz have your delivery ppl pack plasticware & napkins!! Thank u!
