We always stop here when we are in the Des Moines area, which is about 4x or so a year. The pizza and staff and never disappoint. My absolute favorite pizza that I've ever eaten. Please build one in Cedar Rapids! It would be the only place I'd get pizza from!
Haven't been here for over a month and the service is still great. Are waitresses Sam is one of the best. It's amazing howbshe knows what I like ti drink. She probably knows all the regular customers by face and by name. Just love coming here when not in a hurry and you can just relax abd have sime great fod and not be rushed out even if they are busy. My company ordered over a 100$ worth a food from your Knoxville location. We called the order in around 5:30 and requested it to be delivered at 7. It didn't show up until 7:30 and the delivery driver was some bratty little teenage girl who was rude to us the entire time and didn't offer an explanation of why they were so late.
My son Nick Rezek had the loaded pasta. It was excellent!
Here for Iowa State fair, stayed in tonight ordered pizza from Bianchi Boys. Wonderful pizza, wish we could this pizza at home

Literally took two hours for a grinder and a large pizza! I could understand if they were busy but there was ONE other family in there when we came and one after us. The grinder was disgusting and the pizza was greasy! The service was crap too!
You need to learn to take care of your customers and employees. I'm here for the Nationals and I'm sitting in your restaurant right now and it is 86*. Your employs tell me as a customer that you won't let them change it. I look at your thermostat and it says "DO NOT SET THIS THERMOSTAT, IT IS PROGRAMMED DO NOT TOUCH RB". Well to let you know if your cheap ass is more worried about a little electricity to make your customers comfortable you can bet I WILL NOT BE BACK.
