Sort of a crumby situation- this was my annual doctor for a long time. She books out very far in advance and I had 2 cancellations over the course of 2 years. I tried to make another and was told "After 3 years of no visits you are no longer considered a patient with us anymore. We do not take new patients, sorry." And that was it. I have had Bianca Thorpe as a doctor since I was 18 and now have to find a new one at 25 years old. Almost felt like they booked me out and canceled appointments on purpose.
When my doctor retired, and Dr. Thorpe took over the practice, I wasn’t sure if I would stay. After several years now, I’m very pleased with the care I’ve received as a patient of Dr. Thorpe. I’m not sure about some of the reviews I read on here, in all my visits to Dr. Thorpe’s office, I don’t remember ever waiting long to be checked in and seen.
I made and left two appointments after a one hour wait! There’s booking and overbooking! Wait times are ridiculous! If you have a day to spend waiting then this is the Dr for you!
Dr. Thorpe's practice can have a wait, but so does every office. I find her pleasant, and thorough. Her NP's are great. I see them most of the time. I am happy with the care I get from this staff.
