I had a caretaker that became very sick at my home. Had to call 911. The caretaker was unresponsive and was carried out to the hospital on a stretcher. My son is in a wheelchair. He is a 38 year-old cannot walk and had a stroke. I called BIA two times to let them know that their employee went to the hospital no response. I had a teenager. She was on her phone the entire time she was on duty. I had to prompt her on things to do to help me. The agency did not respond to my messages. I felt unsafe.
Exceptional company, made it so I can live happy and healthy with the best caregiver. I recommend BIA for helping with all ur needs. If it wasn’t for BIA and my caregiver I don’t know what I would do.
The quality of care I have been fortunate to receive from my BIA caregiver has been excellent. Actually, excellent doesn’t really say enough. Becky is very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, dependable and creative. She anticipates my needs Can’t remember how I managed without her.
