The house cleaning service was great. They even disinfected my door knobs. The staff was friendly and worked quickly and quietly. Now that i'm working again it was time to get a house keeper but i'm always a bit worried letting strangers into my house. They were very nice and I had no problems leaving them there and I came home to a fantastic looking house.

I have recently started using BIA Cleaning. They were great the first ime. 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and this will be the 5th time I have used Helping Hands. And UNBELIEVABlLE the quality of each service consistently remained the same as the first cleaning. I believe I will continue using and highly recommending this company. I have probably tried 10 different house cleaning services over the last 12 years and BIA is simply the best we've found. First we tried the 1 or 2-person companies. While we liked the personalized interaction that came with the smaller size, they just didn't have the professionalism we were looking for. Then we tried the larger cleaning companies. While we liked their professionalism, they typically had trouble personalizing the service and too often weren't all that easy to deal with. With BIA we've finally found it all. B... read more

Very honest and reliable eco-friendly company . I LOVE THIS service they are friendly, professional, and a reliable maid service. They cleaned my base boards, ceiling fans, showers and tubs and made them look BRAND NEW!!!!! I feel like I'm walking into a hotel suite when I enter my bedroom. The bed is made neatly and slightly pulled back.
