Well ladies, here is the tip I promised; in the form a positive review for the community to learn more about you guys. I have been very happy the last 2 times they've cleaned my office. They make the process of scheduling an appointment straight forward. They always take time to ask if our staff has any special requests. Their cleaning supplies leave the building with a pleasant aroma.

BIA Cleaning Services has been cleaning all three of our facilities for two years now. We have transitioned from in house to contract services and the transition was seamless. Once we made the switch our concerns about cleanliness went down dramatically. They continue to provide the same great service today that they did the first day they started. Tammy, QCS Co.

I use BIA Cleaning for bi-weekly cleaning. They are extremely reliable and professional. They are not perfect (I don't expect anyone to be), but generally they do a really good job and care about their work. Far better than the individual I paid last year. I like that they bring all their own cleansers, mops, vacuum, etc. It saves me a lot of hassle! I think the ladies work very hard and I'm very appreciative. i am so pleased with the service I get from BIA Cleaning. They are always on time and my house is spotless when they leave. i trust them enough that i leave them alone to do their job and when i return my house is fresh and clean with no chemical smells anywhere. thank you Diana and the team for all the extras too.

I was moving into a new empty house and needed it cleaned before moving into. The prior owners left dust and spiderwebs still on fixtures and other places. I didn't expect much due to being on a tight budget and little money to offer. The price I was charged was fair and the results were more impressive! The windows and glass were wiped down and shined. The cabinets and closets that I requested are nice and free of the mud [?]. I will use again and recommend them to anyone! Totally surprised!
