Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this family doctor friendly? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
