I would recommend considering another company for your real estate needs. While the agent I worked with was friendly, I didn’t feel they had my best interests at heart or served as a strong advocate during the home-buying process. bought a home with them, and they got the full commission because the seller used them as the listing agent and i used them as a buyers agent and they REFUSED to get the house cleaned for us before moving in. This has always been customary in my past real estate transitions. I would not recommend unless you want to move into a dirty house or have to pay a company to clean the home before you move in.
