Has the rudest older lady that maybe greets people or maybe not. Just Wow!!
Do not use them to manage your property! They don't communicate and let you know if there are problems in your home and don't let you know when someone moves out and they move someone in. They allow pets even when you clearly stated you don't want cats. They don't do house checks ever! All they do is get the rent money take their percentage for "managing" your property while they don't manage anything. They don't care about your property or you. While the agent I worked with was friendly, I didn’t feel they had my best interests at heart or served as a strong advocate during the home-buying process.
