lipservice – an absolute laughable clown. the epitome of the stereotypical "realtor". outdated and transparent. not recommended for educated individuals looking to buy or sell a home in Philadelphia. If you are going to pay a commission, pay it to someone whose business isn't built on a self-rigteous self-identification with Rittenhouse Square, but rather a dynamic knowledge of the marketplace.
