Avoid Haven Properties if you can. Our rental experience was a nightmare. The house was in poor shape when we moved in, we had to clean it ourselves, and then they still took $1,000 out of our deposit for “extra cleaning” when we moved out. Cindy Absmeier was rude and impossible to communicate with the entire time. We’ve since heard from multiple locals who’ve had similar stories. Just wanted to share our experience so others can be aware before renting through Haven.
