In the new Forma dance loft space, Bham Barre has created a niche for itself in Birmingham’s fitness scene. Sydney leads the classes with pep, encouragement, and expertise. The studio space is gorgeous. And at *half* the price of other barre studios in town? With a free first class? Definitely worth a try.

I always feel like I actually worked out and feel challenged every time. This place is awesome! You gotta try it!
