I can not emphasize how impressed I am with ALL of the staff at BGW. My four year old son was dreading his first visit to the dentist. He was crying and not responsive to the staff at all when he first came in. The sweet lady at the front desk tried making him as comfortable as possible. She offered water and turned on Disney for him to watch. Within three minutes he had completely calmed down and was becoming comfortable with the office. I appreciate the early morning appointment time. I arrive at 0715 for a 0730 appointment and am seen promptly and out by 0830 to continue my day. Courteous staff, nice new office.
