What I like about going to see Dr. Wood and his entire staff is the professionalism and upbeat positive attitude they all exhibit. You feel the positive vibe the moment you walk thru the front door. I thought I would never say this, but BGW is like family --- when you go for an appointment, it's like going home. Keep up the good work!
This was my first visit. From greeting me when I walked in, to meeting another patient in the waiting room who was very pleasant, my experience was outstanding. Amber helped me with an Insurance issue when I found out I didn't have my dental card with me. Next, Kimberly came and introduced herself and took me on a nickel tour and to my room.
