I had my first visit with the BGW Group yesterday and found them to be very professional. From the minute I walked in the door - to the cleaning exam and exit of the building, I felt welcome. I am one who has fears of the dentist office. Just getting there can be a task! But, I will gladly return as my experience was a great one.
My first visit to BGW was one of complete satisfaction. The entire staff is very friendly and the office setting is very comfortable & patient-oriented. Dr. Vaughn answered all my questions and was very personable.
I throughly enjoyed every interaction I had from the front desk, to my amazing hygienist Allison, Dr. Brett, and everyone in between. I felt extremely comfortable, everyone was very friendly and I will definitely be making this my dentist from here on out!!!
