Hopeless and useless - reception puts up a practiced front, but they don't deliver
Wonderful staff and quality products with exceptional product knowledge and assistance
Unfortunately BG's seem to have overcommitted and are under-resourced as the moment as it has been over 5 months since they were engaged to construct our pool. I am having to constantly follow up as to where things are at, so communication is quite poor. Hopefully once they turn up things will improve, and will update this review as things progress. But just so people know what they are signing up for in the meantime.
Always helpful and friendly. And the reminders for testing make it easy to remember.
