I arrived at 4:20pm for a 4:30pm appointment....waited in the lobby for 52 mins. Someone who arrived 45 minutes after was called before me until I said something. Was brought to the back and WAITED some more. Doctor came in and asked to use the restroom. Came back Doctor is gone from my room and I proceed to wait until 6:17pm when I walked out the office....without any services. Waisted time...Thanks �
My family has been coming here since 2015 for everything including checkups, whitening, cleaning, and my mother (very complex case). They (Borda and his team) treat us like family and are very gentle, caring, compassionate, and accommodating to our needs. They send each of us an appointment reminder card when its time to schedule, so its easy to remember. Love that! We have never had a bad experience and I highly recommend them. Thanks to Doctor Miguel Borda and his staff!
