Today I called 10 min. before they closed to see if my daughters were due for their annual visit. When they answered they said can I put you on hold. I said sure I'll wait no problem. I WAITED FOR 15 MIN! She purposely left me on hold and closed the office. How rude and spiteful is that. That's not all. About 3 yrs before today I had a consultation with them to get crowns so I made the appointment to do impressions and 2 hrs before my appointment they call and tell me their machine is broken(which sounded like she was lying ... read more

Terrible customer service. Their facilities are not very hygienic and all equipment is outdated.
The worst dentist place in west palm beach! Went in for a tooth extraction and had the wrong tooth removed!!!!!!!! Then I get ” It was a miscommunication” hmmm no because you as a doctor have to make sure exactly what you're doing and double checking everything as well as asking question especially when I said which tooth was hurting.
Scammers! Twice my wife and I were told our insurance would cover cleaning and extraction, and we specifically said we don't want work done that our insurance doesn't cover, wife gets work done an gets a $600 bill! And held her retainer hostage even though it was paid for in cash! I sot in the chair get 10 X-rays just to be told my cleaning will cost $400! Business is very unprofessional and staff doesn't seem to understand simple questions. Stay far away!
