We needed some work on our treadmill. Called BGI, they quickly made an appointment within a week, and Phil was our technician. Phil was great, very thorough, and did great work at a reasonable price. We will definitely buy future treadmills from BGI, as well as get them serviced from BGI.
My feedback is that my BGI technician Mike is a gem. He went above and beyond and educated me on what he fixed, how to do upkeep on my current treadmill and also what to look for when we ultimately have to put our current treadmill down. I highly recommend
Great place for fitness equipment. BGI has the highest quality cardio and strength equipment. They are so large, they buy in discounts and share the savings with customers. If you are looking for great products at great prices, BGI is THE place.
