My first experience with Constellation Home was great. I needed to have a new HVAC System installed. I also needed a new expansion tank. John came out for my consultation and explained what I needed. On the day of install I met three of the most professional guys. My system even looks great!! Even if you are not a professional, you know when an install isn’t put together correctly. I’ve been a Constellation Home customer for years, and I’d like to share my honest experience. If you’re not in a hurry and don’t mind waiting for service, this company might be fine. But if you need timely repairs, I strongly advise you to think twice before purchasing their service plan. My air conditioner broke on June 20. A technician came out the next day, June 21, and confirmed the compressor needed replacement. The part was ordered the same day, and I was told it would arrive by June 25. I had Ray and Marcus did a new installation of a new TRANE furnace and an outside single stage AC units. From start to finish these guys were exceptional! They did such a clean job and made sure everything worked before they left. They also were so thorough in explaining the new systems functionality, warranty and service schedule.
