Malik did a fantastic job with the maintenance visit. His work was extremely thorough. He picked up a burner problem that was correctable under the service contract and clearly described an additional safety issue that needed to be addressed. I was impressed with his professionalism.
My technician Andrew was very professional, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. He recognized quickly that a part for my heat pump did not need to be replaced, but there was another issue. The second technician that came out to give a second opinion was just as great as Andrew. I have had nothing but good experiences with the constellation technicians minus one, but overall have experienced nothing less than very polite and professional personnel.

Our experince has been horrific with this company. My very elderly parents lost hear early Nov. We had a 2 companies come and recommend the entire HVAC system be replaced. The prices were very high so I started a search for the best option. By then it was freezing cold and Thanksgiving holidays approaching.
