Donald Settle and his colleague were great! After they reproduced the problem I was having, they showed me why the problem was occurring, and what I could do to avoid the problem in the future. They showed me the settings on my water heater and how to set them for fall/winter and spring/summer. They also showed me how to clean the trap in the HVAC and the two different options I had for putting a filter in. They really took the time to explain things. Today we had our heat pump and air handler replaced by three professionals, Mike Perrone, Marcus Vasquez, and Andrew Palumbo. We could not have asked for anyone better to provide this service because they stayed, and worked through the rain, until they were sure everything was working the way they needed it to work.
