DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Inadequate communication, unfulfilled promises, and horrible management of my water heater replacement. I have NEVER encountered a business that was this mismanaged. This is another review for another service: I requested service on my heat pump, which had been installed less than a year ago, because I felt it wasn’t operating correctly. On the day of the visit, I had the pleasure of working with Principal Service Technician Vino Saunders. Without being asked, Vino immediately put protective booties over his work boots upon entering our home, which we greatly appreciated since we do not wear shoes indoors. Don Settle (senior service technician) and his partner Cody came to conduct our yearly heat tune up service. Don does a great job every time he comes. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is a true asset to the company. Normally he come alone, however, this time Cody was working with him. Cody is a very nice young man and was conscientious . I know with Don teaching him , he will be great!!!!
