Our experience with BG Services was frustrating from start to finish. They charged $150 for a diagnostic fee that turned out to be unwarranted (and only refunded after I pushed back), plus $420 for a 45-minute visit that resulted in a misdiagnosis. They claimed the heat pump needed a valve replacement. But when BG never showed up for the scheduled repair — and didn’t call or follow up — we called another company.
