I chose BG Services to install my heat pump through NB Power’s Enhanced Energy Savings Program. The installation was scheduled for July 16th, but no one showed up, and no one was answering the phone. When I called again the following Monday, I was told that my heat pump had been marked as installed with NB Power, even though no work had been done.
