Michael K. The installation of the heat pump by BG was excellent. However, the subsequent services were very superficial, carried out in a very short time, and, in my opinion, overpriced. We discovered after the financing ended that, due to the exorbitant interest rates, we had effectively paid for the system 2.5 times over. That's robbery.
I chose BG Services to install my heat pump through NB Power’s Enhanced Energy Savings Program. The installation was scheduled for July 16th, but no one showed up, and no one was answering the phone. When I called again the following Monday, I was told that my heat pump had been marked as installed with NB Power, even though no work had been done.
