just watched a bg services work van cut someone off really bad, then tail gate the next car! gotta drive respectfully if youre gonna advertise on your vehicle.

Very disappointed with BG services. They came in December to look at our heat pump which was not working properly. A half hour later and $200 the employee said she had determined the problem and that we would be sent a report and given a future appointment. We received the invoice which we paid but no report. Two months later we had heard nothing from them even though we had contacted them several times. Finally they gave us a time for an appointment and estimated it would be another $400 to determine how to fix the problem.... read more
Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend BG Services. We were satisfied with them in the past but the quality of their service has decreased dramatically over the past few months. Our unit needed servicing at the beginning of January 2025 to investigate the source of a new clicking sound. It is now 7.5 weeks later (end of February 2025) and the damaged part has still not been replaced. The technician did not show up for our original appointment at the scheduled time.
